About Ann

At the University of Ghent, I graduated in 2004 as an industrial pharmacist. Over the next ten years, I held various positions in Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance at several leading pharmaceutical companies.

In 2014, I chose a new direction in my career and transitioned to a customer facing role in the industry. Starting as a pharmacy representative and later as a hospital representative, I developed more strategic insight and commercial skills. This experience enabled me to work cross-functionally and gain key insights into the operations of pharmaceutical organizations at all levels.

8 years later, I expanded my expertise as a national Medical Science Liaison, where I was able to integrate my medical knowledge into a field-based role. This deep understanding of both the medical and commercial departments of the industry provided the ideal foundation for my current role at Pharmeleon.

Since 2023, I have been active in recruitment and selection. My extensive experience gave me the unique tools to support Pharmeleon's transformative recruitment model.

"My career path has been a significant contribution, and it has also provided me the knowledge and skills to develop a distinctive and successful approach".
